The Foundation for the Promotion of Equestrian Sport and Unicornio Azul Association, which has several centres in Guadalajara and one in Madrid, have established for the third consecutive year a cooperation agreement to conduct a Course on Functional Diversity for the association’s Volunteers and Technicians.

The purpose of the activity is to improve the basic training of the association’s volunteers and technicians, with courses on Down Syndrome and Autism Spectrum Disorders, for the future development of Equine Assisted Therapies programs.

8 volunteers and 1 technician benefited from personalized training plans: from one day to six months of theoretical and practical training.

This new agreement strengthens the permanent support that the Foundation for the Prom
otion of Equestrian Sport is giving both to technical education and training on equestrian therapies as to the target groups that can benefit from them.
