Once again, the Foundation to Promote Equestrian Sports and the Foundation Tiovivo collaborated with each other, for the eighth year in a row, to hold the eighth edition of the Volunteer Course carried out by the Foundation of Murcia in its facilities.

The course took place on 7th and 8th November, also in collaboration with the Veterinary Education Farm of the Murcia University, in whose facilities part of the training was also delivered.
A total of 44 people benefited from this initiative, all of them students of Nursing, Psychology, Medicine, Economy, Physical Therapy, Education, Veterinary, Mathematics, Chemistry, Social Work and Business Administration & Management.
 

Through this collaboration, the Foundation to Promote Equestrian Sports encourages the training and re-training of volunteers working in equine therapies, enriching their experience and the patients’. Besides, this knowledge allows for the improvement of usability qualities of therapy horses, without neglecting their own wellbeing.
