The MHG Foundation conducts therapeutic activities for users of different ages from  different centres in the area of Guaderrama (Madrid).  They all have an intellectual disability, often with physical, motor and/or sensory affectations.
To perform this task efficiently it is necessary that the materials used are in good condition therefore the Foundation for the Promotion of Equestrian Sport makes the donations of materials for these equine therapies.

The activities are conducted for groups of 6 – 8 people who come regularly to develop a therapeutic programme with the objectives from the beginning of the course.
Some weekends the Foundation MHG conducts workshop days with horses,  for larger groups of people(25 -30)  who use the facilities who are not disabled.

All activities whether recreational or therapeutic are designed to involve horse therapy, so that the material donated by FPDE is useful in both cases.
In the groups attending the MHG centre there are very physically handicapped people who benefit greatly from the special saddles donated which offer more security and stability.
