Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre has signed the 6^th cooperation agreement with Asociación Zooterapia Extremadura to donate adapted riding equipment for their Horse Assisted Therapy Program.

Since 1999, this organization is conducting equestrian activities, mainly oriented to therapeutic purposes, and to anybody that can benefit from them, attending up to 250 persons in a year.

Their therapies focus on physical, intellectual and psychological diversity, and any other difficulties or needs derived from social exclusion. They work also towards personal development and physical, psychological, educational or social rehabilitation, potentiating each person’s capacities and skills.

Both Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre as Asociación Zooterapia Extremadura, strive to make equestrian therapies accessible to anybody who needs them, providing the equipment and the most essential resources to keep the service going on.
