Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre has collaborated with Equitación Terapéutica Huelva, for a second consecutive year, by the donation of adapted riding equipment. In this way, our foundation helps improving the Adapted Horse Riding and Therapy sessions which the association holds at the premises of riding centre Hípica Lepe.

 
This year’s project began in June, and with the new equipment it has been possible to increase the number of horses per round, up to four pairings per class. Also, as a result of our contribution, there are five horses fully equipped with English-style saddle or surcingle, for the Ridding Therapy Sessions.
The number of beneficiaries ranges from 40 to 50 in ridding activities, plus the initiation group, and 10 youths in ridding therapy.

 
This sponsorship has given Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre another chance to work towards equality of opportunities, bringing equestrian sports and therapies closer to groups with special needs, who are far from able to afford them, physically and psychologically beneficial as they are.
