This Code of Good Corporate Governance of Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre (hereinafter «the Foundation») was approved by its Board of Trustees at its meeting held on October, 8th 2018.

This Code of Good Governance includes the main national and international recommendations on Good Governance of non-profit entities and the principles of foundational social responsibility.

In accordance with the above, the Foundation’s system of governance is configured in accordance with the following regulations: The Foundation’s Statutes which, together with the Law, constitute the basis on which the responsible management of its projects and interaction with society in general is based.

The Foundation’s principles of action, which inspire and define the way in which it carries out its activity, and whose general principles are: honesty and trust, respect for the law and for integrity, and respect for human rights.

The Code of Good Governance, which interprets and develops the Foundation’s Statutes in order to guarantee the fulfilment of the Foundation’s aims the transparency of the bodies, the members of the Board of Trustees and the employees or collaborators of the Foundation.
