Federación Navarra de Deportes Adaptados (Navarra Federation of Adapted Sports)

Federación Navarra de Deportes Adaptados has open fronts in the following intervention grounds: physical and intellectual disabilities, blindness and visual impairment, deafness, cerebral palsy, and such. Among their activities, horse riding has become their flagship, because of the improvements in motion, attitude, and self-esteem reached by the participants.

For this reason, in 2019 Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre has been willing to support the two programs presented at FNDA applying for a grant:

• «Juegos Navarros de Equitación Adaptada» (Navarra Adapted Riding Games). In order to promote this sport among people with intellectual diversity, both because of its sports qualities and personal benefits.
• Adapted Riding School. Adapted Riding Sport School run form May to July, in non-school/non-wording hours, enhancing the social inclusion of people with special needs.
