Donation of Adapted riding equipment – Caminos de Herradura

The ninth collaboration of Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre with Caminos de Herradura, from Madrid, was produced to donate adapted riding equipment for its Equine-Assisted Therapy sessions.

On average, about 40 people a week attend the Equine Therapy sessions, but during the months of March to August this number increases thanks to the groups of 15-20 people who go once a month to leisure-therapeutic activities and integration camps that take place in summer.
The beneficiary profile is children, adolescents and adults with special needs.

With the new material they have gained in user safety, dynamism in psychomotricity sessions, and have also been able to improve the welfare of horses, thus fulfilling the social purposes of Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre.
