Adapted Riding Navarro Games – El Molino Special Education School

El Molino Special Education School, belonging to Fundación Ciganda Ferrer, signs its tenth collaboration agreement with Fundación Para La Promoción Del Deporte Ecuestre to continue its program of activities with the participation in the Adapted Riding Navarro Games.

The School serves young people with intellectual disabilities aged between 3 to 21, who, besides receiving Equestrian Therapy sessions, participate in events such as the Adapted Riding Navarro Games, which are held in the Riding Club Biki Blasco.

In this edition they had 76 entries, who attended the games in various batches during the months of March, April and May.

Activities range from track and flip handling, stable cleaning and horse grooming, mountain walk, falconry and lunch.

Fundación Para La Promoción Del Deporte Ecuestre rates the Ciganda Ferrer foundation’s work at the El Molino Special Education School as an example of good practice in the diversification of services in order to offer a comprehensive educational project, so they continue receiving support after 10 years.
