Year 2002 is the starting point for the activities of “El Molino” Job Qualification Special Centre, which belongs to the Ciganda Ferrer Foundation. It’s a specialized centre covering the special education needs of intellectually challenged youths.

Since October 2002, El Molino, Special Education Centre (CEE in Spanish) runs a Therapeutic and Sports Riding Program on the premises, training paraecuestrian horseriders to enter different games and competitions.

Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre keeps supporting the work of El Molino, this time by a sponsorship agreement to facilitate the participation of its members in the «Juegos Navarros de Equitación Adaptada» (Navarra Adapted Riding Games), and in the «Campeonato de ESPAÑA de equitación para personas con discapacidad intelectual» (Spanish Riding Championship for people with Mental Disability – FEDDI).
