Centro Nazareno de Terapias Ecuestres La Herradura S.Coop. And.
This institution, born in Dos Hermanas, Seville, in 2007, gives equestrian professional services in therapy and rehabilitation, leisure, education and training. It is oriented to the general population, independently of its peculiarities or specific needs, but meeting always user expectations and requirements. They intend to make the world of horses and its benefits accessible to all groups, in an inclusive way.
Its Horse-Assisted Intervention program pursues the social inclusion of persons with disabilities through equestrian sports and horse related activities, seeking their personal enjoyment. It also promotes the benefits that equestrian sports can produce on the therapeutic attention, health care, rehabilitation and social inclusion of individuals suffering from disabilities. Furthermore, they give information on the different equestrian activities conducted for individuals with disabilities, making the equestrian world accessible to them. In 2019 they propose a Equine Assisted Intervention program for people with rare diseases with which the Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre has estimated to collaborate.
