After the completion of six cooperation ventures between Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre and Asociación Riendamiga, from Madrid, this year we have signed our seventh agreement to conduct the “Intensive Summer Course”.

The course was held on the first week in July at “Venta la Rubia” premises, followed by four days of therapy for 5 participants aged from 2 to 19, suffering from different conditions. Therapies consisted mainly on rides supplemented with different neuro rehabilitation exercises, balance reactions stimulation, etc. All sessions were addressed from a playful approach.   

 
Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre assessment of course results brings forward a positive balance, highlighting the improvement of posture control, of the interaction betweentherapists and volunteers, and the acquisition of new skills.
