The second sponsorship agreement between Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre and Nuevo Horizonte Association, in Madrid, has resulted in an economic contribution to develop the program “Equestrian Therapy for Adults Suffering from ASD”

 
8 members of the association benefited from the equestrian therapy program in 2015, attending 90 minutes weekly sessions conducted from January to December.
The goal of the program was to offer gratifying interactive experiences through contact with the horse, promoting group cohesion as well as appropriate behaviour patterns, and stimulating interpersonal communication.

Consolidation of achieved capacities and development of new skills in the different dimensions of personality, promotion of personal autonomy and life quality improvement are targets pursued by Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre through the sponsorship of these programs.
