Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre signed a cooperation agreement with Tiovivo Foundation, based in Murcia, to carry out a Basic Course on Horse Assisted Therapies Volunteering.
The goals of the course were to encourage involvement with Tiovivo Foundation, give introductory training to people interested in volunteering with the foundation, and put them in contact with the characteristics and benefits of Horse Assisted Therapies.

 
The course, 40 hours long, was oriented to professionals in the fields of education, health and social issues, people interested in the work with special needs groups, and amateur horse-riders. It was held during the months of October and November 2015, with a total of 20 participants.

 
Fundación para la Promoción del Deporte Ecuestre, through this collaboration, reinforces its vision of the importance of training professionals as a basis to spread and promote Equine Assisted Therapeutic Activities.
